Every blog starts with a post explaining why the blog exists. This is that post. I’ll keep it short.

I’ve been meaning to write publicly for a long time. The friction was always the same: I didn’t feel like I knew enough to say anything definitive. The irony is that the people who write the most confidently often know the least, and the people who know the most are paralyzed by all the caveats.

I’m going to aim for the middle. Things I write here will be my current best understanding of something. They’ll be wrong sometimes. I’ll probably contradict myself across posts. That’s fine — it means I’m updating.

The topics will be tech, AI, and career, in roughly the order I find them interesting at any given moment. If you’re looking for tutorials, this is the wrong place. If you’re looking for someone to tell you what framework to use, also wrong place. If you want to read someone thinking out loud about why the industry does what it does and whether any of it makes sense — you might like it here.

No comments section. If something I wrote is wrong, you’re welcome to tell me on GitHub or wherever.

Let’s see how long this lasts.
